YOUR TREATMENT 

A typical session can combine any number of the following approaches and modalities. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. However, when booking, if you would like to focus on a specific type of treatment (Eg Massage, cupping stretching etc), please feel free to make a note of this in your booking form.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

 

I always start a journey with a new client by having an initial consultation which is part chat and part hands on work - this allows us an hour to check through your relevant medical history, run through the issues or pain you are experiencing and gives me the opportunity to get to know who you are a little better so that I can ensure you are looked after and cared for to the best of my ability. This hour is often incredibly therapeutic for people to feel listened to and have their physical issues understood. If you are booking for only massage sessions, the initial consultation is still important to book and will only need to be done once.

After your initial session, sessions can be either 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes
